This condo is a true slice of paradise! 🌴✨ Surrounded by lush nature, it has its own magical cenote where you can swim and relax—it honestly feels like another world. We spotted beautiful birds, iguanas, and even monkeys around the property, which made every morning feel like an adventure.The location is unbeatable: just steps from Quinta Avenida with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and shops, and only a short walk to the most spectacular beach. The condo itself is modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need. Plus, the staff took wonderful care of us and our guests, and the property and neighborhood felt super safe the entire time.💫 I couldn’t recommend it more—it’s the perfect mix of luxury, nature, and location. We’ll definitely be back! 😍😍

What a beautiful condo and property! My wife and I and our 4 adult/teen children spend Christmas vacation here and loved everything about it. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the place decorated for the holiday including a Christmas tree! The deck with direct access and view to the beautiful pool and cenote is so peaceful and relaxing. The iguana's roaming the trees and pool deck are amazing. The cenote was even more beautiful and fun than expected. The 3 minute walk to the beach through the Xaman Ha ruins is such a cool experience. And the easy access to town allowed us to shop and go to restaurants and taco carts without a car or the hassle of traffic and parking. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Pamella’s place. It is the perfect location, a short walk to the beach and a short walk to town. We felt very safe, complex is gated with security. Pamela was a very responsive host. Alex and Esperanza checked in on us every day to make sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely come back!

I have been visting playa del carmen for many years. I wanted to stay in gated Playacar beach community due to the high level of security / safety. Playacar is an 800 acres gated community next to the Ferry to Cozumel. It is literally a mini private town. What drew my attention to this place is this 4 building condo very private "jungle" looking. It even has a private cenote (spring) on property. This is only condo complex in playacar with cenote. This condo complex also is gated with 24 hour security which give another layer of comfort. The location is perfect - no rental cars are needed to get to everything. 5 min walk to a private beach. 10 min walk to Ferry of Cozumel. 15 min walk to pretty much everything on 5th ave. The actual rental unit had a complete renovation last year. The unit is basically brand new inside with high end finishes. This unit back door on first level has beautiful pool view. The bedrooms are decorated nice and have high quality mattresses.

Very nice, bright well furnished apartment. Very responsive management team. A couple of things did need to be addressed during the stay ( eg water pump, but mgt team dealt with quickly). Easy 5 minute walk to beaches. Easy walk to the commercial district. A bit of a walk to nearest grocers ( not a problem if you have a rental car). Overall 4 adults and 2 kids had a comfortable stay and would recommend this airbnb.

This place was a perfect spot for our family vacation. There was a pool steps from our sliding door, 3 minutes to the beach, and only 2 minutes to the main entrance of playcar, so getting to Playa del Carmen center was only a couple of minutes on foot. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous condo!
