What a beautiful condo and property! My wife and I and our 4 adult/teen children spend Christmas vacation here and loved everything about it. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the place decorated for the holiday including a Christmas tree! The deck with direct access and view to the beautiful pool and cenote is so peaceful and relaxing. The iguana's roaming the trees and pool deck are amazing. The cenote was even more beautiful and fun than expected. The 3 minute walk to the beach through the Xaman Ha ruins is such a cool experience. And the easy access to town allowed us to shop and go to restaurants and taco carts without a car or the hassle of traffic and parking. We will definitely be back!
